What is RecoveryShare?

RecoveryShare is a new SharePoint website that provides a central, interactive online location for managing and coordinating American Recovery and Reinvestment Act efforts.

Why use it?

RecoveryShare encourages a better two-way relationship between the Governor’s Office and state agencies using technology to create an online space for sharing and contributing information.

RecoveryShare is the overarching team site for collecting and sharing documents. You can get the latest on recovery efforts, such as:

  • Links to other SharePoint sub-sites that might already be in use for specific recovery issues.
  • Organized libraries of documents and the latest versions of information shared with agencies on recovery.
  • Project tracking for the Recovery Team and associated teams and workgroups. Each site has its own task list, issue tracking log, place to store team files, and more!
  • Media coverage library to see how much coverage stimulus funding in Washington State has received.
  • Contact information for Governor's Recovery Team members, Subcabinet agency representatives, and agency recovery team members.

State agency recovery team members.

How do you access RecoveryShare?

Note: If you are a member of the Governor’s core recovery team, you already should have access to the site. Please sign the Terms of Use form and return to Kris Rietmann via campus mail or scan the signed copy and email to RecoveryShare@gov.wa.gov..

To access the website, follow these steps:

  1. Obtain and/or verify that you have the appropriate Microsoft license. Learn more...
  2. Verify if you require a Secure Access Washington login and password. Learn more...
  3. Complete the Terms of Use form.
  4. Email your signed Terms of Use form to RecoveryShare@gov.wa.gov.
  5. Once you have completed these steps, you should receive an email from SharePoint confirming your access to RecoveryShare within 24 hours.
