Attend a GMAP-sponsored training
The GMAP partners with the Department of Personnel (DOP) to offer training to build and maintain the skills needed for the Management Framework including GMAP. These include:
- The Management Framework Academy: The Department of Personnel offers ongoing classes on GMAP fundamentals such as identifying performance measures, using logic models, and working with data. These classes are open to all state employees and are consistent with the Management Framework and GMAP principles.
- The Leadership Speaker Series: GMAP and DOP bring in nationally-recognized experts on performance management and accountability to provide inspiration and ideas.
Learn from colleagues in other Washington state agencies
