What is DeputyShare?

DeputyShare is a new SharePoint website that provides a central, interactive online location for managing and coordinating Deputy Director monthly meetings.

Why use it?

DeputyShare encourages a better two-way relationship between the Governor’s Office, Office of Financial Management, and state agencies using technology to create an online space for sharing and contributing information.

DeputyShare is the overarching team site for collecting and sharing documents. You can get the latest information, such as:

  • Meeting agendas and handouts.
  • Best practices and interesting resources.
  • Contribute to the agenda by sharing agenda ideas.
  • Contact information for agency Deputy Directors.

Who can use it?

Deputy directors and their designees (i.e. support staff).

How do you access DeputyShare?

To access the website, follow these steps:

  1. Obtain and/or verify that you have the appropriate Microsoft license. Learn more...
  2. Verify if you require a Secure Access Washington login and password. Learn more...
  3. Complete the Terms of Use form.
  4. Email your signed Terms of Use form to DeputyShare@gov.wa.gov.
  5. Once you have completed these steps, you should receive an email from SharePoint confirming your access to DeputyShare within 24 hours.
